Christine Hubble, Founding Director.
My career in recruitment spans over 18 years and is focused on the IT / IS market.
My clients vary and include major blue chip financial and retail organisations, companies focused on manufacturing and distribution along with smaller and very successful organisations with a strong New Media focus.
I set up this business in 2004 with two main aims. First, so that I could work more closely with clients and second to offer very focused recruitment solutions.
I often work on client site, gaining first hand knowledge of their culture and issues so that we can be more effective when helping them. We have an open and honest approach to working with our clients; we often give advice and guidance about the market place to managers and can act as an extra pair of hands to the HR teams when needed.
I aim to meet with as many candidates as possible to ensure that we are helping individuals whilst also providing a strong short list to clients for each individual role we are asked to help with.
We will do our best to help both candidates and clients where possible, often the ideal role or candidate does not fall in place immediately but with persistency and feedback information then a solution is usually found.

My career in recruitment spans over 12 years.
I have worked with Christine for over 6 years and during that time have worked with clients and candidates to find experienced staff for both permanent and temporary IT/IS roles.
I work along side Christine, gaining a close understanding of our client’s culture and requirements, discussing roles with candidates, matching suitable CVs to defined vacancies and generally helping to ensure that the recruitment process runs smoothly.
We aim to provide a service that we feel both clients and candidates deserve. Our success is based around strong relationships which enable us to provide advice and guidance.
We understand that feedback is important to candidates and as often as possible we aim to provide this.
